Perjalanan ke kampung ini memerlukan kenderaan 4WD.
30-45 minit mendaki bukit.

Alhamdulillah, Allah izinkan kami angkut lima roadschoolers sekali untuk mereka lihat apa yang ayah ibu mereka buat untuk bangunkan diri masing-masing.

Semoga selepas kami sudah tiada, ada penyambung misi inshaAllah.

Gambar pengubat rindu.

We have always visualized a life of a 'musafir', a traveler.
Not a tourist, but a traveler.
Mixing with the locals, catching their languages, 'pakai baju sama dua-tiga-hari-masih-OK' kind of traveling.

And of course, the children will join the adventure.
Pernah terbayang, pergi ke tempat-tempat yang hanya ditonton di National Geographics? Ke lokasi eksotik anugerah Allah Al Khaliq.

Last year, alhamdulillah, the dream came true.
It was beyond what we asked for.

Asalnya mahu pergi jalan-jalan, berubah menjadi misi pembangunan insan.
Insan yang mahu dibangunkan itu diri sendiri.

 Lihat perkataan dan gambar, letakkan di pinggan yang betul.

Ibu-ibu menemani anak-anak ke kelas.

This is their playground!
Oksigen suci di sini.
Hati murni di sini.
Tiada istilah pening.
Apa ada semua dikongsi. 

Balloons and children ibarat isi dengan kuku.
Cara memenangi hati anak-anak - bawa belon dan tiup. No words needed. 

 

To reach the village, we had to go through two checkpoints, one military and another state park.

Children under 12 cannot enter.

So...anak-anak..tunggu 12 tahun ya baru boleh ikut Umi and Abi.

Mehmet followed us once.

Moses said to his servant, 'I will not rest until I reach the place where the two seas meet, even if it takes me years!' but when they reached the place where the two seas meet, they had forgotten all about their fish, which made its way into the sea and swam away.

They journeyed on, and then Moses said to his servant, 'Give us our morning meal! This journey of ours is very tiring,' and [the servant] said, 'Remember when we were resting by the rock? I forgot the fish - Satan made me forget to pay attention to it - and it [must have] made its way into sea.'

'How strange!' Moses said, 'Then that was the place we were looking for.'

So the two turned back, retraced their footsteps, and found one of Our servants - a man to whom We had granted Our mercy and whom We had given knowledge of Our own.

Moses said to him, 'May I follow you so that you can teach me some of the right guidance you have been taught?'

The man said, 'You will not able to bear with me patiently. How could you be patient in matters beyond your knowledge?'

Moses said, 'God willing, you will find me patient. I will not disobey you in any way.'
